Just reminiscing about good times we had in this place!
i did hear that the “new Irish” weren’t as fun as ourselves aka foreign and exotic, but fear not, I am leading the new troop of Irish back out early next year, and again we will descend on your fine establishment.
I’m looking forward to the ice cream and waffles, topped of with a glass of rose or two, and back into the routine of Monday night quiz time.
no other restaurant i have encountered that lets us dance the macerena and dj our own set lists!
my family have been informed of the hospitality we received and cannot wait to sample it for themselves when they come to visit me on my years trip!

look forward to droppin in again,
hope you and your staff are gettin on well
ps, give that boy snell a raise!

I decided to treat my wife to lunch today as it was her birthday. It was the best decision I could have made when I chose Qiuncy’s.
It has been a while since we have visited but boy were we exceptionally pleased with the ambiance, service and of course, the absolutely divine meal we had. The food was really fresh, its been a while since I’ve so throughly enjoyed a meal out this much, exciting all my tastebuds.
Thank you so much for making this a memorable experience for both my wife and I, you will definitely see us back there soon.

My friend and I arrived for a light lunch at 1pm today (11 Dec). After being seated by a young man we asked for a few minutes to look at the menu and 15-20min later no one had come to serve us. I tried to ask for assistance from a young blonde waitress with pigtails to which she snidely replied “well we are VERY busy” and went to the front desk and made some comment to her colleagues with sarcastic hand gestures…but still did not help us. So we got up to leave and no one said a thing to us as we left. Very disappointed that the manager didn’t even apologize or say anything.

  • Hi Sheila,
The scenario you describe at my restaurant is the stuff of nightmares. I cannot apologise enough for your terrible experience, and I will get to the bottom of the problem and do my level best to prevent a similar situation occurring in the future. I’m probably the one to blame as I was not present on Friday, for which I also apologise. You are probably not feeling too well disposed towards Quincys at the moment, and I understand that completely, but should you both decide to visit us again, please contact me on 082 771 0673 and I will take care of your bill for you with pleasure. I know that this will not rectify our error, but can at least go some way to reassure you about our normal modus operandi. Thank you for letting me know, and I look forward to seeing you sometime in the future. Mark Brokensha
